There are 1,440 minutes in a day. Can you devote 30 minutes to exercise?
30 minutes is about 2% of your day. I like to think I can devote that time to movement. This past Thursday, between work meetings, I only had 30 minutes to get changed, drive to the park, run, drive back to work, shower, and return to my desk.
It was not the best workout in the world. But sometimes I think just going through the motions of going to work out is just part of it. Itβs a habit. Itβs a thing you do. I got outside. I was in nature. I was moving my body.
Consistency is key. Am I right?
